If you are unable to make any payments at the moment, your account is in a pending state. Under the “Welcome [NAME]” message, you will find that your payment details are being reviewed by your property manager.
When you add your property or set up/edit your recurring payments, your account will remain “pending” while your property manager reviews your applications (usually 1-2 business days). After the information is verified, you will receive an email notifying you that your account is active and you can begin making payments.
If you'd like to speed up this process, we recommend contacting your property manager directly to receive approval.
