If your service fee or payment failed, meaning it was not processed, you will have to pay it before any additional payments can be processed.
1. Login to RentMoola and view your failed transactions under Your Transaction History section and click Pay Now below the Actions column, for either a service fee or payment decline.
2. For service fee declines, review the outstanding service fee (decline payments will be similar) and click Continue
3. Click on your selected payment method and click Continue
4. Review your outstanding declined transaction and click Continue
5. Overview the transaction and click Confirm to process your payment. You will receive a receipt of your payment and you will also be emailed your payment confirmation.
