Automatic payments are monthly recurring payments that are withdrawn once a month at your selected date. To set up your monthly recurring payments, follow the steps below:
Adding recurring payments
1.From your dashboard, click on Payments at the top
2. If you don't have a primary payment method yet, click on the Set Up Primary Payment Method button
3. Select your next recurring billing date (you will be charged on this date every month–e.g. 1st of the month) and enter your charges according
4. Click on Save. Once you save your recurring payments, your account will be pending.
Note: Some property managers prefer their residents to be on recurring payments to avoid late fees, but recurring payments are not required. Please discuss with your property manager to avoid late penalty fees.
Editing recurring payments
To edit your recurring payments, click on Payments again. From there you can make changes to the payment amount as well as your payment date, by clicking Edit.
Please note, that any changes to your recurring payments will set your account to a pending state until your property manager accepts your new payment details.
