Did you move out or will no longer be paying rent using RentMoola?
There are two ways to remove your account. If you moved out of your property but would still like access to RentMoola to view your payments, follow these steps:
1. Login to RentMoola
2. Go to the My Property tab at the top
3. Click on Stop Payments
Once completed, you will still have access to RentMoola, but you will no longer be listed as a tenant under the property you moved out of.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and no longer have access to RentMoola, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
